DESCRIPTION:Zornitsa Sophia will run a workshop entitled The Architecture of the Film Script. This is an intensive closed programme for budding scriptwriters. Her film MOTHER is the opening night film for the European Film Festival in Lesotho on Thursday 27 October.\nMore about Zornitsa Sophia: she has written, directed and produced 4 feature films, 2 documentaries and directed 7 tv series, one theatre performance and an Opera. Her films are awarded or screened at major film festivals such as Cairo, Warsaw, Shanghai, Goa, Sarajevo, Busan, Mar del Plata, and Moscow. Two of her films were national box office hits, and two were selected as the Bulgarian submission for the Academy Awards. Zornitsa serves in juries and leads workshops on filmmaking; her teaching style is “learning by doing”.\n
